This is a double-sided, 9-panel pillow cover.  Both the front and back sides have 9-panels each.You can add a picture or words to each square using sublimation or heat transfer vinyl.

My Suggested Pressing Instructions: (this works for me but you may have to experiment as your press will be different)
1) lay down a sheet of butcher paper
2) lay the pillow cover down on top with zipper hanging off the press
3) I always pre-press for 20 seconds at 400 degrees (light-medium pressure). I do this to remove any wrinkles or moisture if there is any
4) sticky lint roll
5) after it cools- place image face down on top of the pillow cover (replace with clean butcher paper on top). 
6) Press your design for 60 seconds at 400 degrees
7) slowly raise your press and take paper and design off- doing too quickly can cause ghosting
